The Cisco logo and "0500-2130741000" is silkscreened on the board in the FCC photos.
The FCC test report would seem to indicate that this device is using RT5592. It is presumed to be using this chip..
Per the manual..
- the device will attempt to acquire an IP address via DHCP by default. if it fails, the IP will be set to 10.100.1.1.
