KEC1 S/N prefix?

"3017-001381" is silkscreened on the card shown in the FCC photos (only the wireless module was approved).

The card is using an SiGe SE2529L / 2529L power amplifier IC. The BCM4306 is marked P30 - it's probably a rev. 3.
